Trek Leader
Leading the trek doesn't mean taking group of people from point A to Point B. It is about imparting experience that stays with trekkers for lifetime.
So you must have prior trek leading experience and ability to make decisions responsibly on time along with good communication skills.
What you need to come with:

**Require - Any Mountaineering Certification

Must have a minimum experience of 2 years in Sahyadri/ Himalayan Range.

Age - minimum 21

Excellent Communication Skills
Assistant Trek Leader / Volunteer
If you are keen to assist our Trek Leaders on our treks, learn leadership along with management skills, then this is the perfect opportunity. If you do well you could become a Trek Leader with us.
What you need to come with:

Good trek experience

Age - minimum 21

Good Communication Skills
-
No smoking or drinking habits at all
​Remuneration

This is not a full-time job as trips are only available on weekends.

Successful applicant will be paid as agreed and complete travel and living expense of the leader on tour will be care by us.

Please don't apply if you simultaneously work with other travel groups ; As we expect participation at least twice a month from our Trek Leaders & Volunteers.

Technical Knowledge needed if you want to Lead/Volunteer Adventure Treks.
