Kedarnath is one of the most sacred pilgrimages of Lord Shiva situated in the Rudraprayag district of the Garhwal region in Uttarakhand. Kedarnath is one of the Char Dham in Uttarakhand and the most important Dham among Panch Kedar. Kedarnath is situated at an altitude of 3586 meters, in the lap of the majestic mountain peaks, and near the head of river Mandakini, Kedarnath range stands one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.

Kedarnath Temple is the most revered shrine of the Hindu deity Lord Shiva. The Mandir was built in the 8th century A.D. by Adi Shankaracharya. It is adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. Kedarnath is one of India’s most famous temples (more than 1000 years old temple) dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Meet at Railway Station and start your comfortable Journey towards Haridwar.  

Overnight in Train.

Reach Haridwar.

Morning pickup from Haridwar and drive to Sonprayag. On arrival check in at the hotel. 

Rest dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Morning breakfast and drive to Gauri kund.. from there the trek begins to kedarnath (16km). After reaching up evening pooja & darshan will be attended , overnight stay and dinner at kedarnath.

◆  Day 5    (Sonprayag - Chopta- (74Km- 02.30 to03 Hours)

Morning breakfast and drive to Chopta from there the trek begins to Tunganath (5km).

Reach Tungnath & Take a Tungnath temple Darshan and Move towards Chandrashila point

Reach Chandra Shila point  to enjoy a view of the Sunset

 Start Descent toward Chopta Night Stay-Point.
